Error: Cannot access floppy disk drive due to original diskette not in drive.
Error:
Cannot access '<drive>:'
Cause:
The original diskette is removed from the floppy disk drive and is replaced with another diskette while a file stored on the original diskette is still open.
Solution:
Remove the diskette currently in the floppy disk drive and insert the original diskette. Close the open file stored on the original diskette before opening a file on another diskette.
1) If the error message is still displayed, press ESC to dismiss the message.
2) Remove the diskette currently in the floppy disk drive.
3) Insert the original diskette containing the opened file back in the drive.
4) Close the opened file:
a) (Optional) Select the 'Window' menu and select the name of the file to switch to it.
b) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close'.
5) Remove the original diskette from the floppy disk drive after the file is closed.
6) Open a desired file in another diskette:
a) Insert the diskette containing the file to open.
b) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open...'. (The Open dialog box appears.)
c) Select the floppy disk drive in the 'Look in' drop-down list.
d) Locate and select the file. (The file is highlighted.)
e) Click 'Open'.
